Viktor Devonne has been performing with the White Elephant Burlesque Society since 2006. A proud emcee, co-director, and co-choreographer for the denizens of WEBS, Viktor is from an indeterminate country and town of Europe. Not altogether there, he is just glad to be wherever it is he happens to be.
